This page is the demo, not the product. A generator installed at your company starts here and adds exactly the things a demo cannot have:

Reads the data straight from SharePoint, Dataverse or your ERP, not from a file you upload by hand
Unique, unbroken numbering, reserved correctly even when two people generate at the same moment
Arhivare and a register of everything issued: who, when and for whom
